As the game industry matures, a growing group of game educators face the difficult challenge of figuring out how to preserve and advance the field through the next generation of game design students. Northeastern University professor Gillian Smith and USC lecturer Jane Pinckard are two such trailblazers, and at GDC 2015 in March they'll be speaking about what they've learned in trying to discuss design inclusivity issues as they relate to the curriculum of a games education course. Investment firm Wedbush has released its annual review of E3, deeming it a strong year for the conference. In it are some key extracts from GameStop's Investor Meeting held on June 11th, in which GameStop forwarded the position that its trade-ins and used games sales do not affect publishers:

Ubisoft is reportedly trying to break away from the typical open-world formula that the Far Cry series is known for with the next two entries.

According to Insider Gaming, there are two Far Cry games in the works: a mainline game codenamed Blackbird and an extraction shooter spin-off codenamed Maverick.
